Spring 2022 clay classes starting April 9

Our clay classes fill up quickly. Register now to get in on the fun!

(1) Beginner Wheel Throwing April 10 to May 15: choose mornings or afternoons

This introductory course covers clay preparation, basic throwing techniques, trimming, decorating and glazing. Classes run for 6 weeks, every Sunday; April 10 to May 15. Choose one of the following groups:

GROUP 1: Mornings from 10-12:30

or

GROUP 2: Afternoons 1:30-4

$225 includes all materials


(2) Wheel Throwing Level 2, April 9; 10am-12:30pm

his class is perfect for folks that have some previous experience We will dive into making matching sets and lidded pots.

Classes run for 6 weeks every Saturday, April 9 to May 14; 10am-12:30pm

$225 includes all materials


(3) Open Studio Workshop, April 9; 1:30pm-4pm

Bring your ideas and enthusiasm! This is a self directed class that allows room for exploration, creativity and individuality. Shivaun will be on hand to answer questions, assist with technical issues and give demonstrations.

Classes run for 6 weeks, Every Saturday April 9 to May 14; 1:30-4pm

$225 includes one bag of clay PLUS access to drop in studio use anytime on Wednesdays

Raku workshop in April

Join us for an exciting weekend of fire and alchemy as guest artist Ronda Green walks us through the Raku process. Bring your own bisque ware or join us for some drop in studio time at the Tidal Art Centre
