Ukranian Easter egg decoration
When: March 15, 2023; 1-4 pm
Cost: $35
Historical and traditional context as well as samples of this art will be on display. This 3-hour introductory class will give you a hands-on experience in this ancient wax resist method. All materials are provided and you will leave with at least 2 decorated eggs of your own to treasure.
This spring break we're offering two clay classes:
Parents and Kids Intro to Clay. Choose one of the following options: Monday, March 13 (either 10am-Noon OR 1-3pm), OR Friday, March 17 (either 10am-Noon OR 1-3pm). $40 per pair (1 adult and 1 child). Parents are welcome to bring their kids to the ceramic studio at the Tidal Art Centre to explore the fun tactile art of hand building with clay! Multiple projects will be displayed for parents to choose from, all levels and ages welcome. Registration is required.
Teen Pottery Class. Tue. to Thurs., March 14, 15 and 16; 10am-2pm, $225. Three days of muddy fun! Registration is required.
